In the 2018–2019 school year, the school partnered with Tools for Success to engage a K–12 education consulting firm experienced in instructional coaching, student data analysis, and curriculum development.

Cardinal Ritter Junior/Senior High School, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, serves students from 7th through 12th grade. With a student body of over 580, the school is committed to preparing students for academic excellence and lifelong success through a values-driven Catholic education.

Faith Christian School, located in Lafayette, Indiana, serves over 750 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The school is committed to providing a rigorous academic experience rooted in a Biblical worldview while meeting and exceeding Indiana state standards.

St. Rose of Lima Catholic School, located in Franklin, Indiana, serves students from kindergarten through 8th grade. When Tools for Success began working with St. Rose, the school faced significant academic and staffing challenges, with achievement at an all-time low and the lowest math and English/Language Arts ILEARN scores in the Archdiocese. 

St. Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic School partnered with Tools for Success to boost student achievement through data insights and coaching—resulting in a 74.5% ILEARN ELA proficiency rate, a 12.2% gain in Math Growth Points, and a 95%+ IREAD pass rate.

Mishawaka Catholic School partnered with Tools for Success to strengthen curriculum and boost student outcomes—achieving a 14% increase in ILEARN Math Growth Points, a 95%+ IREAD pass rate, and greater teacher confidence.
